If your application for a visa or passport is denied because the relevant agency rejected the biometric photo provided by us, you are entitled to compensation of the full amount of the price you initially paid. In this event, you must provide documentary proof that the application was rejected solely due to an inaccurate biometric photo.
- Technical Errors: In case of technical errors or glitches within our system that prevent the user from successfully generating/downloading the photo, and these issues cannot be resolved within two business days, a full refund will be provided.
- Photo Quality Assessment: Credit Issued for Unsuitable Images: If your photo has been reviewed by our team and determined it to be unsuitable, you will be issued a credit equivalent to the entire cost of the photo. This credit will enable you to retake the photo at your convenience.
- Double Charging: In the event of accidental double charging due to a payment processing error, we will promptly refund the duplicate charge.
